Marvel Avengers Doomsday Trailer Teaser Steve Rogers Captain America
The first teaser for Avengers: Doomsday is here, and it hits you right in the feels. This brief clip begins with a peaceful rural road set against a somewhat familiar countryside setting. Steve Rogers rolls up on a Triumph motorcycle, and we hear a piano rendition of the original Avengers theme playing in the background.

He pulls over and walks toward a house that appears to be straight out of a 1950s suburban dream, complete with all the decor you’d expect from a bygone era. As he gets closer to the door, the sunlight briefly illuminates a silhouette of his character on the glass. Inside, he goes to a wardrobe and pulls out the old Captain America uniform from the conclusion of Endgame, which he carefully folds and places in a box.

We then see him holding a baby up in his arms, possibly from a crib in the corner of the room. That’s when the screen fades to black and reads: “Steve Rogers will return in Avengers: Doomsday.” A countdown timer ticks away in the corner of the screen, reminding you to mark December 18th, 2026 as the big theatrical release day, or at least for the US.

Marvel finally released this teaser after weeks of leaks that had the entire internet speculating wildly. They had initially showed it in select theaters ahead of IMAX showings of Avatar: Fire & Ash, and the Russo brothers responded today with a tweet: “The character that changed our lives. The story that brought us all here together. It was always going to come back to this.” On a related note, we’ve heard rumors of more shorts coming soon starring Thor, Doom, and the entire crew, as the release date nears.
