GTA Online’s Safehouse in the Hills Packs Mansions, Mayhem, and Rogue Robotaxis

For years, GTA Online users have been making money, avoiding cops, and living in Los Santos. Rockstar Games’ latest update, A Safehouse in the Hills, finally gives players access to those huge hilltop houses. These assets will be available on December 10 for almost all of your platforms, including the PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC, transforming your crew into the ultimate icons of extravagance.

Prix Luxury Real Estate is selling three magnificent residences in Vinewood Hills. Two of them feature ocean vistas, one at Devin Weston’s former home and the other facing Ace Jones Drive. When it comes to designing the place, players can choose from a variety of interiors that suit their preferences, including trophy cabinets to display mission rewards, a salon for rapid makeovers, pet kennels, and even a multi-car garage. Advanced AI works tirelessly to manage the commercial side of things from the inside, resulting in money flowing in from labs, nightclubs, or any other activities you’ve put up. Plus, with add-ons such as a car podium, armory for quick weapon resupply, arcade machines to keep everyone entertained, and a full vehicle workshop, gamers can get their squad ready to go without leaving home.

The basic storyline goes as follows: a rogue AI named Haviland has set up a massive monitoring network, and players are entrusted with bringing it down. Along the journey, you must overcome a variety of tools at its disposal, ranging from hacked cameras to wild fleets of vehicles. First-time players can get double rewards, while GTA+ members can earn quadruples. Freemode events will bring some spice to open play, while quality of life improvements should make the daily grind a little less harsh.

Speaking of pain, Karin Vivanite minivans are now available under the KnoWay brand; their roofs are piled with lidar sensors, and the overall design resembles a self-driving Chrysler Pacifica. Their tagline is suitably blunt: “We Kno where you’re going”. We’re talking swerving lanes, smashing sedans, hopping curbs, and blowing through their own billboards in these trailers. KnoWay vans will be populating Los Santos streets, ready for players to take them down. You can sabotage them with bombs, hijack them for high-speed chases, or simply drive them off the road. They will all contribute to the bigger aim of taking down the monitoring network.

New rides are hitting the showrooms, like the Vapid FMJ MK V, which has raw speed reminiscent of the Ford GT. Pfister has models inspired by the Porsche Mission X, as well as some very cool restomods. Grotti channels the Ferrari Daytona spirit, while Obey adds some Audi flair to the mix. A BMW E39-style saloon just joined the lineup, and Hao’s Special Works is already tuning up chosen supercars to provide outstanding handling. More cars and non-armed planes now have missile lock-on jammers, and there are even law enforcement variants and drift songs available. GTA+ members will be able to acquire their Vapid early.

Mission Creator has returned, bigger and better for all game modes. You can now add actors, establish dynamic goals, and publish jobs for others to participate in. We’re talking about custom pandemonium, the kind that will keep lobbies busy long beyond the first launch. Los Santos is becoming much more fascinating. Your climb to the summit is about to become a lot more luxurious, and KnoWay vehicles are challenging everyone to take a chance. On December 10, the map will be changed over again, and participants must prepare to stake their claim on the hills.
